Legs Bums Tums (LBT) - 45 mins
A fun class to target those stubborn areas of the thighs, buttocks & abdominals with exercises to also burn calories, raise metabolism, and tone muscles without bulk.

Aerobics
Traditional fitness class exercising to popular music following a simple, slightly dance inspired routine.

Body Sculpt / conditioning - 45 mins
This class is similar to the LBT's class but works to train the entire body through standing and floor work.

Circuit
Interval and circuit training methods have been an integral part of our group fitness programs for more than a decade. Both are effective and fun ways to train and to challenge and improve your fitness levels. Circuit stations (different exercises) are set up around the room and participants move round to each. These stations alternate between cardio and strength exercises. It is a fun class where you can work entirely at your own pace (with motivation from your instructor!)
